In this role, you will manage the end to end lifecycle of assigned DSM programs (e.g., lighting incentives), ensuring regulatory compliance and achievement of filed goals.This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in complex, fast moving environments, are comfortable with ambiguity, and excel at stakeholder and relationship management. The product is a regulated utility program , not a physical product.ResponsibilitiesOwn day to day management of assigned DSM programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory filings and performance targetsDevelop and manage forecasts and budgets to meet filed program goalsMaintain and update program rules, documentation, and customer facing collateralManage workflows and project progression through Salesforce (CRM)Collaborate with trade partners, vendors, sales teams, and internal stakeholdersRespond to inquiries from customers, partners, and internal teamsSupport regulatory filings and documentation; assist with testimony as neededDeliver training to internal teams and external partnersTrack risks, issues, and dependencies; implement corrective actionsPrepare and present program updates, performance metrics, and insightsContinuously identify opportunities to improve cost, performance, and scheduleCoordinate and complete small to moderate projects and subprojects aligned to broader program goalsAdhere to standard project management methodologies and reporting practicesRequired Qualifications3 5 years of experience in program or product management (not entry level)Experience in regulated environments (utilities strongly preferred)Strong experience with Salesforce (CRM)Proven ability in budgeting and forecastingExcellent stakeholder, relationship, and customer management skillsStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and a heavy meeting cadencePreferred QualificationsUtility, energy efficiency, or demand response program experiencePMP certificationExposure to dashboards or data tools (e.g., Power BI )Experience presenting to internal and external audiencesBackground in government or other highly regulated organizations
