Accounting & Operations Associate

We are looking for an Accounting & Operations Associate to support fund accounting, financial operations, and process improvement for a growing investment management organization.What You’ll DoSupport accounting operations, reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate books and recordsReview investment activity, cash transactions, and financial reporting packagesAssist with management fee, incentive fee, capital call, and distribution calculationsCoordinate with external partners including administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and legal counselSupport annual audits, tax reporting, and regulatory filing processesMonitor cash balances, financing activity, and payment workflowsBuild dashboards, reporting tools, and process improvements using modern technology solutionsAssist with investor requests, reporting needs, and special projectsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field5+ years of relevant accounting, operations, or fund administration experienceExperience within private equity, asset management, or investment operations preferredStrong reconciliation, reporting, and analytical skillsExperience with dashboards, reporting tools, or automation solutions preferredExposure to partnership tax, K-1 reporting, or fund structures is a plusStrong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
