Communications and Reporting Specialist

SCOPE OF THIS RFPThe State of New Hampshire needs an external evaluation partner to oversee their Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) a CMS-funded statewide initiative. The vendor will evaluate five health programs running across New Hampshire, monitor performance data monthly, report findings to state leadership and CMS, and help course-correct when programs are not on track. This is an evaluation and advisory services contract NOT a staffing placement contract. Contract value is up to $25 million through 2031.POSITION 7 Communications and Reporting SpecialistWhat they will do: Produce all quarterly and annual reports, dashboards, briefs, case studies, presentations, and public-facing materialsMinimum experience needed:- 4+ years producing communications and reports for government or public health clients- Graphic design skills required must show examples of polished visual reports or infographics- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent design toolsNH or New England experience is a strong plusKEY NOTES FOR SOURCING- New Hampshire or New England experience should be flagged immediately across all roles the RFP specifically asks about NH experience and it will strengthen our scoring- This is a proposal engagement candidates are being proposed for a contract role pending award.
