Seasonal Grounds Assistant
Key Responsibilities Assist with lawn care, including mowing, raking, watering, and basic treatments
Help maintain flower beds (weeding, planting, pruning, watering)
Support upkeep of walkways and roads (graveling, leveling)
Maintain cleanliness and stocking of public restrooms
Assist with setup and breakdown for events (tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
Perform minor equipment maintenance and report repair needs
Help with trash removal and general grounds cleanliness
Maintain outdoor furniture, picnic areas, porches, and workspaces
Work with staff and volunteers on grounds projects
Report maintenance issues or concerns to supervisor
All other job duties as assigned
Qualifications Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying conditions
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Dependable with strong work ethic
Willingness to learn basic landscaping and maintenance tasks
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Drug screen required upon offer of employment
Joby Type: Mid May – October/November, Part-time, 3 days/week with a rotating Saturday shift
