Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of products and production processes. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, performance, and cost-efficiency.This is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career engineer looking to grow within a stable manufacturing environment while gaining hands-on exposure across engineering, production, and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop new products, components, and systems based on customer specificationsCreate detailed technical drawings and models using CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)Evaluate designs for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturabilityCollaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to support successful product launchesPerform engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to validate design performanceSupport testing, data collection, and product validation effortsIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in product design and production processesAssist in troubleshooting production issues and driving root cause solutionsStay current on industry trends, materials, and engineering best practicesQualificationsAssociate's degree in Engineering or related technical field (Bachelor's preferred)Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD strongly preferred)Working knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processesExposure to basic programming or automation tools is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and teamwork skillsWhat We're Looking ForHands-on, solutions-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environmentAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyWhy This OpportunityRelocation support to Northwest IowaOpportunity to gain broad engineering experience across design and manufacturingDirect impact on product development and operational performanceStable environment with long-term growth potential
