Webull is a rapidly growing fintech company driven by innovation and a passion for providing a seamless and user-friendly investment experience, and we are looking for a talented and motivated financial services professional in the New York area to join our team as an Operations Analyst.In This Role, You WillPerform a variety of essential operational tasks, including corporate actions processing (stock mergers, reverse splits), account reconciliation, trade break resolution, and the handling of firm account fund balances, journal entries, and end-to-end account transfers (ATONS, DTC, Free Deliveries). Oversee the trade lifecycle, with a strong understanding of settlement processes via DTC/CDS, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of trades. Act as an escalation point for complex operational issues, collaborating with internal departments, carrying agent, and other stakeholders to provide tim that arises during the day. Prioritize and respond to client inquiries received via CRM or phone, working alongside internal and client services teams to deliver high standards of customer care. Analyze and review existing operational protocols to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency; recommend and implement solutions to optimize workflows and mitigate operational risks. The Skills You BringIn-depth understanding of operational workflows, the regulatory landscape, and financial instructions (equities, options) relevant to our product lines. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related discipline Mandatory possession of a Series 7 license. 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant role within the financial services industry. Proven ability and willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and provide support for critical operational activities outside standard business hours. Solid knowledge of corporate actions and a clear awareness of their potential impact on firm risk and capital requirements. Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently and make sound decisions during after-hours situations or emergencies. Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with a keen attention to detail, to enable effective collaboration and crisis management across internal and external stakeholders. At Webull, we’re committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range is $80,000- $90,000 USD annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits.
