Compensation and Benefits Manager

Compensation & Benefits Manager Location: Lakewood, COOverview Our client is seeking a Compensation & Benefits leader to own and scale Total Rewards across a multi-state environment. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities Lead design and management of compensation programs (base, bonus, incentives) and oversee annual comp cycles Own benefits strategy and vendor management, including open enrollment and plan optimization Ensure compliance across compensation and benefits programs (multi-state, including CO regulations) Drive key Total Rewards initiatives such as comp structure redesign, HRIS implementations, and pay equity analysis Provide reporting and insights on compensation, benefits, and workforce trends to leadershipMust-Haves 5–8+ years in compensation, benefits, or total rewards Experience in a multi-state environment with strong compliance knowledge Strong analytical skills (Excel, data-driven decision making) Experience leading or supporting HR/Total Rewards projectsCompensation $120k - $150k annually Health, Dental, 401K PTO
