Digital Marketing SpecialistFlynn's Tire is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented digital marketing specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who's analytical, creative, and eager to grow their skills across multiple digital channels. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, search, and display Create, schedule, and monitor content for social media platforms Monitor social channels and respond to comments and messages Support SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research and campaign optimization Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards Help manage email marketing campaigns, including list management and basic design Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities Assist with website updates, landing pages, and basic content management QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 13 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools (social media platforms, email marketing software, analytics tools) Basic understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred SkillsExperience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) Basic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp) Full-Time Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance AD&D insurance 401k Paid time off (earn up to 20 days/year) Supplemental insurance plan options The Flynn's Way Our mission is to serve our customers and community more effectively than anyone else.
