This role requires deep technical expertise across ASP.NET, C#, Blazor, SQL Server, Microservices, and DevOps/CI-CD, with the ability to architect scalable, high-performance solutions in enterprise environments.The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically sharp, and able to take ownership across the full SDLC — from design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing support. This is a senior engineering role with a strong emphasis on problem solving, application performance, e-commerce integrations, and mentoring mid-level developers.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete all phases of the software development life cycle (analysis → design → development → testing → deployment → support)Develop large-scale web/database applications with advanced e-commerce integrationBuild, test, debug, and optimize new and existing .NET applicationsDesign and develop using the Microsoft .NET stack (ASP.NET, C#, Blazor, CLR, SDKs, Libraries, Microservices, Docker, etc.)Write complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objectsMaintain and support multiple applications, environments, and deadlinesFollow DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and established change control processesServe as a technical SME for system integration, compatibility, and multi-platform architectureWork closely with business analysts, PMs, and developers to define solutions and requirementsIdentify, escalate, and communicate risks related to application deploymentsDevelop clear technical & architectural documentationMentor and coach junior and mid-level developersProvide weekly status updates and work progress documentationWhat This Person Will Be Working OnDesigning and developing mission-critical automotive yard management systemsSupporting multiple automotive sales applications used across the enterpriseEnhancing large-scale, high-volume applications that support national business operationsRequired Skills & Experience10–15 years of progressive software development experienceExpert-level proficiency with .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, Blazor, Microservices, Docker, CLR)Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012+) and advanced T-SQLExperience with high-traffic, high-availability enterprise systemsStrong understanding of e-commerce and web application integrationsAdvanced capability in software design, programming patterns, debugging, and performance tuningExperience with DevOps / CI/CD pipelines and change management processesExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to interact with business partners and translate requirements into technical solutionsExperience mentoring and providing technical leadershipStrong documentation, system tracing, and performance troubleshooting skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related fieldStable enterprise work history requiredBig 4 consulting experience preferredDesired SkillsRecent experience delivering large, mission-critical enterprise applications at scaleStrong curiosity and a passion for learning new tools and technologiesExperience with automotive systems or similar industry platformsExperience with large Fortune 1000 environmentsStrong architectural instincts and solution design skills
