The position is structured as a 1099 contractor role, with flexibility for consecutive days based on needs.QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:Graduation from a U.S. accredited dental school (DDS/DMD)Completion of a U.S. surgical program with certification in Oral SurgeryActive, unrestricted dental license in the state of practiceDEA registrationCurrent ACLS and BLS certificationsAbility to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insuranceExperience with All-on-X proceduresKey ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include:Performing dental implant surgeries, including tooth extractions and alveolectomies as neededCollaborating closely with restorative doctors to optimize treatment planningConducting comprehensive examinations and developing treatment plans for patientsAdhering to center policies, safety protocols, OSHA, and MSDS guidelinesA Day in the LifeA typical day for a surgeon at our organization includes:Arriving punctually for surgical preparationReviewing patient health histories, radiographs, and treatment plansPerforming surgeries in a collaborative team environmentDocumenting detailed notesEngaging with the team on upcoming casesFeeling fulfilled by positively impacting patients' livesSuccess in this role is defined by delivering consistent, high-quality clinical care and effectively executing treatment plans.
