Our services include branding, website development, and marketing programs that drive brand awareness and growth.Position OverviewWe're seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and hospitality-savvy Social Media Specialist to support the ongoing growth and visibility of our hotel, restaurant, and lifestyle hospitality clients.This is a part-time, ongoing role ideal for someone with experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, fine dining, or lifestyle brands who understands how to translate brand experience into compelling digital content.The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling, experience managing multiple platforms, and a clear understanding of how social media drives engagement, perception, and demand in the hospitality space.You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media within hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & PublishingCreate visually cohesive, on-brand social media content using existing image and content librariesWrite compelling, brand-aligned captions that reflect tone, voice, and positioningPublish content consistently across Instagram (2–3 times per week)Apply strategic hashtag usage to expand reach and visibilityRepurpose feed content into Instagram Stories to maintain consistent engagementContent Planning & ExecutionManage and execute a monthly content calendarEnsure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectivesMaintain consistency across visual identity, messaging, and overall brand presencePerformance OptimizationMonitor performance across platforms and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reachContinuously refine content strategy based on performance insights and trendsOptimize profiles and channels, including:Bio updatesVisual refreshes (profile images, highlights)Content mix adjustmentsIndustry AwarenessStay current with trends across hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and fine diningApply relevant insights to keep content fresh, elevated, and competitiveMonthly ReportingPrepare and deliver a monthly performance report that includes:Audience growth across platformsEngagement metrics:ReachImpressionsLikesSharesCommentsTop-performing content and key insightsAudience demographics and behavior trendsStrategic recommendations to improve performance and drive continued growthWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience managing social media for hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brandsStrong visual sensibility and understanding of elevated brand aestheticsExcellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voiceHighly organized with the ability to potentially manage multiple accounts and deadlinesAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsSelf-directed, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environmentHourly Rate: $32–45/hour depending on experience and portfolio quality
