Assistant General Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team and assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our student housing highrise. The ideal candidate will bring a background in student housing, multifamily, or hospitality sectors and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our residents. They will be responsible for ensuring the building's cleanliness and functionality while providing vital administrative support to the General Manager. Qualifications -
5+ Years Experience in student housing, multifamily, or hospitality management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Ensure residents receive exceptional service and address any concerns promptly.
Assist in organizing and promoting community events and activities.
Assist the General Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Manage leasing and renewal processes, including conducting tours and explaining lease agreements.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and files.
Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, ensuring all areas are well-kept and functional.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to address any issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property meets safety and quality standards.
Assist in training and supervising staff members, including maintenance, leasing, and resident services teams.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Assist in managing the budget and financial aspects of the property, including rent collection and expense control.
Support in preparing financial reports and forecasts.
Communicate effectively with residents regarding maintenance schedules and any disruptions.
Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with building services.
