Thisrole reports to the Director of Digital Design - Operations and worksclosely with architects, engineers, and Digital Practice peersnationally. Your work will directly improve projectdelivery by reducing friction, reinforcing standards, and ensuring teamscan confidently use the right tools at the right time. Keyresponsibilities: Serve as a frontline digital support resource forarchitectural and engineering teams, providing timely troubleshootingand guidance across tools such as Revit, ACC/BIM 360, Dynamo, andrelated platforms Resolve software, standards, and workflow challengesto keep project production moving efficiently and consistently ReinforceHGA\'s digital standards by helping teams apply the right tools andworkflows at the right time Deliver support through ticketbasedrequests, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring clear communication andpractical, actionable solutions Reduce friction in project delivery byidentifying issues quickly and enabling teams to work with confidenceand accuracy Beyond the day-to-day: This role is a key contributor toproactive, datainformed enablement across the firm.
