CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Specialist - Willoughby, OH - JOB 26-00025 Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits Seeking a skilled CNC programmer with experience in precision turning, milling, and process development. Ideal candidates know GibbsCAM, Autodesk Inventor, and GD&T, and have strong inspection and quality-planning skills. Gear manufacturing experience is a plus. Key Duties: Create/optimize CNC programs Design tooling/fixtures Prepare clear process drawings with GD&T Plan machining sequences (turning, milling, VTL) Support continuous improvement Requirements: Proficiency in GibbsCAM & Autodesk Inventor Strong GD&T and inspection knowledge Experience with turning, milling, VTL; macro programming a plus Quality planning background; gear manufacturing preferred Candidates must have solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
