Company DescriptionWe are an established manufacturer of architectural and commercial lighting products seeking a professional, motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our sales initiatives and strengthen communication with our network of agents, distributors, and prospective customers.Role DescriptionThis role is responsible for proactive outreach, relationship development, and accurate management of contact and sales information. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and confident communicating by phone and email in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate regularly with sales agents and distributors to introduce new products, explain product features, and provide updates on sales goals, promotions, and company initiativesConduct consistent follow-up on prior communications, opportunities, and sales activityPerform cold calling to establish new contacts and develop potential business relationshipsMaintain and update contact databases, including phone numbers, email addresses, company information, and new contact creationSupport internal sales efforts through coordination, communication, and general inside sales functionsEnsure accuracy and organization of sales and contact recordsQualificationsProfessional, upbeat demeanor with a strong and confident phone presenceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh energy level, self-motivated, and proactive work styleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively as part of a teamWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing and updating informationExperience with inside sales, customer communication, or sales support preferredExperience in lighting, electrical, construction, or related industries is an advantage but not requiredOpportunityThis position offers the opportunity to work within a specialized architectural lighting manufacturer and contribute directly to sales growth, market expansion, and industry engagement.
