Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our fabrication team. You will be involved in TIG welding, roll cage fabrication, machining custom parts, and CNC work. We are willing to teach the right person, but prior experience in TIG welding is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and install roll cages, chassis reinforcements, and custom parts for race cars. Perform TIG welding on a variety of metals (steel, aluminum, etc.). Operate CNC machinery and other fabrication tools to machine custom parts. Collaborate with the team to ensure all fabrication meets high performance and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications: Experience in metal fabrication and TIG welding (preferred). Familiarity with CNC machinery and machining parts. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Passion for motorsports and race car performance is a plus. Schedule & Compensation: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Competitive pay, based on experience and skill level.
