Manager, HR

The HR manager oversees day-to-day human resources operations for a service-focused business unit.ResponsibilitiesEmployee relations, recruiting, retention, training, coaching, onboarding and offboardingSuccession planning, benefits and compensation administration, diversity initiatives, leave management, safety, HRIS administration, and broader strategic people initiatives.Build trusted relationships, support performance management, drive employee engagement, manage compensation programs, participate in mergers and acquisitions integration, ensure compliance with employment laws, and collaborate on talent planning and organizational development.Oversee payroll accuracy, reporting, audits, commissions and general ledger alignment while identifying process improvements and maintaining strict confidentiality.QualificationsAt least five years of HR experience in the repair service industry.Expertise in payroll and tax processing.Experience with HRIS configuration and administration.Ability to partner closely with leadership while maintaining a visible presence across multiple locations.Strong communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to drive process improvements.Preferred: bilingual Spanish skills.This hybrid role requires up to 30% travel, regular presence in two office locations, and a visible presence across multiple locations.J-18808-Ljbffr
