This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage quick-turn schedules common in retail environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from preconstruction through completionDevelop and manage project budgets and schedulesReview plans, specifications, and contractsCoordinate with field teams and SuperintendentsManage subcontractor buyout, scope review, and performanceConduct client meetings and maintain strong customer relationshipsOversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standardsQualifications3–8+ years of project management experience in commercial constructionRetail, grocery, tenant improvement, or special projects experience strongly preferredExperience managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneouslyStrong financial acumen and cost control skillsProficiency in construction management softwareExcellent communication and leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredInterested in hearing more?
