Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Mt Airy, NC 27030 Facility: LTC/SNF Shift: 7am - 7pm & 7pm – 7am (Three days in a week that includes EOW) Contract: 13 weeks Start: TBD Please Share Your: Updated Resume Two Supervisor references along with the facility details BLS/CPR Immunization records (PPD, Flu and Physical) if updated Covid Vaccination Card Requirements: State LPN license BLS/CPR preferred Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred. Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, medicine administration and reminders, assisting RN’s. Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
