Title Examination Specialist
A company is looking for a Title Examination Specialist who will search, analyze, and evaluate title records for various transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Review and examine title searches of public records to determine the insurability condition of property titles
Perform searches of county records to identify ownership, legal restrictions, and prepare necessary documentation
Collaborate with title officers, underwriters, and closing agents to resolve title issues and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of title examination experience
Strong knowledge of default title search procedures and public records
Understanding of refinancing processes and documentation requirements
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
