Activities And ResponsibilitiesIdentify & Investigate Quality issuesStartup / shutdown of equipmentLoad and unload prior processEnsures all required maintenance checks are performedPerforms minor machine troubleshooting and repairsWrite work orders and communicate with maintenance on machine problemsEnsure cleanliness of machinesResponsible for training TMB's which may require temporary split shift or off-shift assignmentProvides technical support in his/her processesCompletes all TMB's and TMA's duties during absence, vacations, lack of staffing etcAssist in scheduling when requiredMust not have any discipline higher than a verbal disciplineStarts machine and monitors displays and machine operation to detect malfunctions.Mounts, aligns, and secures tooling, attachments, and work piece on machine.Additional Information About This JobThis job description is a general description of essential job functions.
