You will lead cases from intake through resolution within a collaborative, structured environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect all phases of litigation, from filing pleadings to trial preparation.Develop case strategies, assess liability, and negotiate settlements.Conduct legal research, factual analysis, and discovery.Take/defend depositions and represent clients in mediations, hearings, and court.Maintain frequent communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.QualificationsJD from an accredited school and active Illinois Bar membership.4+ years of personal injury litigation (plaintiff-side preferred).Proven ability to manage deadlines and cases autonomously.Strong drafting and verbal advocacy skills.Preferred: Trial experience and bilingual proficiency.BenefitsInsurance: Medical, Dental, Vision.Financial: 401(k) + 4% match, Life Insurance, Commuter Benefits.Time Off: Competitive PTO and paid holidays.Mid-Level (4-9 years): Averages closer to $138,000 - $175,000.Senior roles: Often exceed $180,000.
