Molder I NMA4Job Category: ManufacturingFull-TimeOn-siteTulsa, OK 74146, USADescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ability to adhere to brake duration and return to work station promptly.Checks press for tonnage, mold and preheaters for temperature.Cuts/prepares material for molding at the press.Loads preforms/extrusions into preheater.Loads preforms/extrusions into mold.Operates press according to job specifications.Cleans up around press/work area during cure time.Unload parts from mold.Inspects parts for flaws/seeks corrective action if needed.Completes all required "trimming at the press".Cleans mold and equipment in preparation for next shot.Records time and work on Labor Ticket each day.Communicates all production/press related information to next shift Press Operator, or shift SupervisorPerform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Moves molding material from staging area to press lineAssists in training of new workersRelieves and fill-ins during lunch breaksAbility to work independently or in a team environmentAttention to detail and accuracyQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:Entry level positionManufacturing experience a plusWorks under close supervision.Comprehension of written and verbal communication skillsBasic mathematical skills (addition/subtraction, multiplication/division)Reading comprehension skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Standing; Must be able to remain in a relative stationary positionWalking; Must be able to move about for short distances on foot to accomplish tasksGrasping, Feeling, Fingering; Must be able to apply pressure to an object with fingers and hands to perceive attributes of objects such as size, shape, and texture for purposes of preparing, placing, positioning and inspectingBending, Crouching, Kneeling; Must be able to bend downward and forward by bending spine and/or legsAbility to endure a hot work environmentRepetitive motion of finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder or neck movementAbility to readOccasional bending/twisting/crouching and squattingAbility to hear and speak clearlyLifting up to 50 poundsLifting from floor to waistPushing/pulling forces up to 20 poundsFrequent reaching from shoulder level or below/over the shoulder/while holding objectsFrequent climbing of step stoolsAble to see to distinguish colors, prepare/analyze figures, prepare/review documents and to visually inspect itemsFrequent use of power tools, slicing/cutting equipment, machinery and machine that produces excessive heatWORK ENVIRONMENT/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:Exposure to extreme heat for more than an hourBright environment or lightingSAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:This position is designated as a Safety Sensitive Position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this position.
