Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)
Role DescriptionLUSEO is seeking a Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer to support the design and delivery of building projects across the US. This role involves leading design efforts, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. As a mechanical engineer, you’ll play a key role in the successful execution and delivery of projects, from concept through construction.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an EI with 3+ years of experience in Mechanical engineering design of residential, commercial and hospitality buildings; coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:Technical and Project Support: Perform engineering design and calculations.Quality Assurance/Quality Control: Ensure quality control and risk management processes are followed throughout project lifecycle.Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including A&E firms, contractors, and developers, ensuring project requirements are met and fostering strong client relationships.Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and review of technical documents, reports, and drawings, ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards.Construction Administration: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, support construction administration, and resolve any technical issues on-site.QualificationsEngineering Intern (EI) certification required.
