Social Media Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role is essential in enhancing brand visibility, engaging our target audience, and driving growth through strategic social media management and creative content development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics, with a passion for storytelling and brand building across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, including scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to audience inquiries. Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns and brand messaging. Produce high-quality multimedia content including photography and video editing to enhance storytelling efforts. Conduct SEO optimization, keyword research, and web analytics analysis using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to improve content reach and effectiveness. Plan and manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively. Engage in social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities for strategic insights. Collaborate with public relations teams to manage relationship management initiatives and ensure consistent branding across all channels. Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication. Coordinate with e-commerce teams to align marketing efforts with online sales strategies. Experience Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer. Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and keyword research techniques. Experience in creating engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing. Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform and digital marketing strategies. Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations, relationship management, and social listening techniques. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
