Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Blow Moulding Technician, located in the San Angelo Area. The Blow Moulding Technician will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot blow moulding machinery, ensuring consistent quality control and adherence to production standards. Responsibilities include conducting regular machine adjustments, monitoring production processes, inspecting finished products for quality assurance, and ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed. Coordination with maintenance teams for preventive measures and timely repairs will also be required. Qualifications Proficiency in blow moulding machine operation and maintenanceExperience in troubleshooting, diagnostic analysis, and resolving production issues related to equipmentFamiliarity with quality assurance protocols, inspection processes, and safety standardsStrong technical skills in machinery calibration, adjustment, and toolingAbility to work collaboratively within a team while independently managing assigned tasksAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high product qualityFlexibility to adhere to shift work schedules as neededHands-on experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
