The practice is seeking a bread-and-butter orthopedist with interest across general orthopedics, including trauma, joint replacement, and sports-related injuries. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights Hospital-employed General Orthopedic Surgery position Bread-and-butter scope: joint replacement, sports injuries, fractures, trauma Balanced schedule: 2.5 clinic days and 2 OR days weekly Dedicated OR block time with access to two ORs Level II-III trauma exposure with trauma call included MAKO robotic platform available Team includes 4 orthopedic surgeons and 5 supporting APPs Full anesthesia, hospitalist, ICU, and physical therapy support Strong referral base with immediate patient volume 1:5 call rotation with paid call stipend (TBD) Base salary $750,000+ with RVU productivity upside 3-year guaranteed compensation period (MGMA-based) $50,000 sign-on bonus + $8,000 relocation assistance Loan repayment availa
