Cable Technician

Job DescriptionWe are seeking entry‐level Low Voltage Technicians to support structured cabling projects throughout the I‐495 belt in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on cabling experience who are looking to grow their skill set in the low voltage field.ResponsibilitiesInstall and terminate Cat6 cablingAssist with fiber optic cabling (pulling and basic termination)Punch down cables on patch panels and jacksTest and troubleshoot cabling using standard testing toolsFollow safety and quality standards on job sitesTravel to job sites as neededRequired SkillsCat6 cablingFiber cabling (basic experience)TerminationTestingPunch downQualificationsPrior cabling or low voltage experience preferredActive driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to learn and work in the fieldAbility to work on ladders and in construction environmentsExperience LevelEntry LevelJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
