This role matters. The Role (What You’ll Actually Do) As a Mitigation Technician at FP Restoration, you are on the front lines of the operation. You will: Perform water mitigation, dry-outs, demo, and emergency services work Set up and monitor drying equipment correctly — not guesswork Execute clean, professional demolition and containment Document work thoroughly (photos, moisture readings, notes) Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization Communicate clearly with supervisors, PMs, and clients in the field Represent the company professionally at all times This is not a “stand around and wait” job.
