This role is responsible for program execution, customer engagement, risk management, and delivery excellence across complex government contracts. Duties Provide strategic oversight of government programs and task orders Serve as primary customer interface Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk Lead subcontractor and internal delivery teams Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standard Required Qualifications 10+ years supporting federal government programs Experience managing multi-million-dollar contracts Strong understanding of federal acquisition and contract types (CPFF, T&M, FFP) Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience Advocate IT is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a federal contractor.
