With a strong legacy of innovation, quality, and service, Komline-Sanderson commits to operational excellence and long-term value creation.The Senior Aftermarket Sales Specialist will be responsible for representing Komline's Aftermarket parts and service supporting specialized product lines which include Pumps, Gravity Belt Thickeners, Belt Filer Presses, Paddle Dryers, Turbo Dryers, and Rotary Atomizers. The Senior Aftermarket Sales Specilaist will manage the complete sales cycle within the assigned geographic region/customer segment and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. With a focus on relationship management, opportunity identification, and coordination with internal specialists, the Outside Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers.Roles and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary sales contact for aftermarket parts and service within assigned geographic territory, managing customer relationships for Komline's specialized product lines including Pumps, Gravity Belt Thickeners, Belt Filter Presses, Paddle Dryers, Turbo Dryers, and Rotary AtomizersDrive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure for aftermarket solutionsDevelop and execute strategic territory plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers across Water & Process, Agricultural & Renewables, and Industrials marketsConduct on-site customer visits to assess equipment condition, identify maintenance needs, and recommend appropriate parts and service solutions that maximize equipment performance and customer uptimeCollaborate with internal technical specialists, service engineers, and product managers to develop customized solutions that address specific customer requirements and application challengesMaintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and account documentation within CRM systems, providing regular reporting on territory performance and market intelligenceRespond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, technical specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines for aftermarket components and servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and procurement personnel at customer facilitiesIdentify opportunities for equipment upgrades, retrofits, and service contracts that enhance customer operations and drive recurring revenueRepresent Komline at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leadsCoordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experienceStay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within separation and filtration markets to effectively position Komline's value propositionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experienceMinimum 4 years of proven outside sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, capital equipment, aftermarket parts/service, or engineered solutionsDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex, technical sales cyclesStrong technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate engineering concepts and equipment specifications to diverse audiencesExcellent relationship-building skills with ability to establish credibility and trust with technical and operational personnelAbility to travel within assigned territory (50-75%) including overnight trips and occasional weekend travelValid driver's license and clean driving recordProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver compelling presentations to customers and internal stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience selling to wastewater treatment facilities, mining operations, chemical processing plants, power generation facilities, or related industrial marketsFamiliarity with separation technologies, filtration equipment, pumps, dryers, or similar process equipmentKnowledge of Water & Process, Agricultural & Renewables, or Industrial market segmentsExisting network of contacts within target industriesExperience with consultative and solution-based selling methodologiesTechnical background or hands-on experience with industrial equipment maintenance and operationsExperience with CAD software, Microsoft Dynamics (D365), and/or Salesforce
