Gather and analyze business requirements and design comprehensive, scalable and cost-effective solutions that align with the organization's goals and constraints. Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to the supported applications. Collaborate with development teams to propose and implement enhancements to improve application performance, usability, and overall user experience. Provide application support in a 24x7 production environment to provide operations support and accommodate customer needs.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and 2 years in any job title involving application support and solution design experience.
