Senior Equity Compensation Administrator
The Senior Equity Compensation Administrator supports Holtec International by administering and managing the company’s equity compensation programs, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), performance shares, and employee stock purchase plans (ESPP). This role ensures accurate processing of equity grants, vesting events, exercises, settlements, and tax reporting while maintaining compliance with all regulatory, reporting, and internal control requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience managing complex equity compensation data in a multi‑stakeholder environment. This role offers high visibility, cross‑functional partnership, and the opportunity to help scale equity programs as Holtec continues to grow globally.Location: Camden, NJ (on-site) – Flex Schedule with 1 day remote after 60 daysPrimary ResponsibilitiesAdminister Holtec International’s equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, performance shares, and employee stock purchase plansManage the full lifecycle of equity grants, including grant setup, approvals, vesting schedules, exercises, cancellations, and settlementsPrepare and process equity grants for new hires, promotions, and annual grant cyclesMonitor vesting events and process employee equity transactions, including option exercises, share releases, and terminationsMaintain accurate participant records within the equity management systemEnsure compliance with tax regulations, securities laws, and company equity plan policiesSupport preparation of equity‑related regulatory filings, including Forms 3921 and 3922Maintain documentation and internal controls to support financial reporting and audit requirementsPartner with Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, and Legal teams to ensure accurate and compliant equity administrationCoordinate with external stock plan administrators, brokers, and vendors supporting equity plan operationsPrepare equity‑related reports for executives, finance teams, and auditors, including grant activity, exercises, share usage, and dilution metricsMonitor equity share pool usage and track dilution impactsSupport employee communication and education related to equity compensation programsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in equity or stock plan administrationStrong understanding of equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, performance shares, and ESPPAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysisStrong attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial and equity dataStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functionsExperience administering global equity compensation programsFamiliarity with equity management systems and stock plan administration platformsKnowledge of taxation and regulatory requirements related to equity compensationExperience supporting financial reporting, audits, and regulatory filings related to stock‑based compensationCertified Equity Professional (CEP) certificationA Generation Ahead by Design™Investing in people who power the future.CompensationWe believe great work deserves great rewards.
