divh2Job Title/h2pStudent Assistant Office Social Media Operations/ph3Job Description/h3pThe Student Assistant Office Social Media Operations supports the daily functions of the Registrars Office by providing excellent customer service, maintaining records, and assisting with communications. This role also includes developing and managing social media content and creating educational videos and tutorials for students, faculty, and staff./ph3Essential Duties/h3ulliOffice Operations:/liliProvide clear interpretation of College policies and procedures to faculty, staff, students, parents, and administrators./liliDeliver excellent customer service at the front counter and via phone./liliFile processed paperwork into student records and maintain the filing system./liliAssist Registrar staff with special projects throughout the year./liliSupport diploma cover preparation for Commencement/liliMaintain confidentiality of all projects and content./liliOther duties as assigned./liliSocial Media Video Content:/liliCreate and manage content for platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube/liliDevelop and update tutorials and video content for the Registrars website./liliTailor content to the appropriate platform and audience./liliProvide statistical insights on social media engagement./liliMaintain confidentiality of all projects and content./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliFamiliarity with FERPA and ability to interpret its provisions./liliProficient in social media management and video editing./liliCreative, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated./liliStrong organizational, listening, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills./liliAbility to work independently and maintain confidentiality./li/ulh3Application Instructions/h3pApply through the Recruitment Cloud.
