*Duties*
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
* Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
* Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
* Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance menu offerings
* Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption for responsible service
* Ensure compliance with all licensing laws and health regulations related to food handling and beverage service
*Skills*
* Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits
* Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions
* Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
* Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub, catering, or banquet settings preferred
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
* Basic math skills for cash handling, food industry calculations, and retail math calculations
