As a recovery support specialist, you will be providing a wide range of direct support to assist clients in reaching their recovery goals. You will work closely with your colleagues including clinicians and behavioral health technicians. Flexibility, dependability and teamwork are the fundamental principle of a successful peer support specialist in the LADDER program. This position reports to the Site Manager.Duties May IncludeWelcome and orient clients to the Terros Health Integrated clinic and in the LADDER program.Establishes therapeutic relationships with a variety of patients for the purpose of mentoring and role modeling that can establish and reach treatment goals.Plan and provides transportation for clients who are enrolled in the Terros Health LADDER Program.Plan and facilitate activities and groups including community meeting and lunch activities as well as peer lead symptom management and recovery groups.
