CFP is a strong plus and will be rewarded in comp.3 to 7 years of wealth management experience — you understand the work and can operate independently.A self-starter who can fill half their own calendar through prospecting. You'll have a client base to manage; the expectation is you're also building alongside it.Community-rooted and relationship-driven — ideally you're already plugged into a network you can prospect within. A portable book is a plus but not required.Stock compensation fluency — the firm's client base skews heavily toward tech professionals with complex equity situations. Candidates who already understand RSUs, ESPPs, and NQSOs will ramp faster.Exceptional time management, a growth mindset, and someone who genuinely wants to build — not someone looking for an exit ramp in two years.Candidates that are selected to continue in the process will receive an invite from Forgent with more details regarding next steps.
