Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Salary ScheduleBerkeley County Schools Teacher Pay Scale based upon degree level and verified years of experience. 200-day employment term.If a NBCT accepts the position, they will be paid an additional $2000 stipend in addition to their salary, benefits, and NBCT stipend.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and demonstrate the knowledge and ability to be a qualified and effective candidate for the vacancy.A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and hold or be eligible for West Virginia licensure with endorsement(s) in Autism or special education certification that covers Autism, and Multi-Categorical Special Education with appropriate grade levels.ABA trained is preferred but the successful applicant will be provided ABA training if needed.Additional Job InformationIf a certified candidate is unavailable for this position, then an applicant who is eligible for a first-class permit, alternative certification, Teacher-in-Residence, or a perm sub can be considered.Endorsement Code4111__Behavioral Disorders including Autism4115__Multi-Categorical (LD, BD, MI)
