Field Service Manager

FSE MANAGER – ROTARY & NON-ROTARY EQUIPMENT We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing, packaging (Food & Beverage), industrial automation or electrical/mechanical environments to join a global organization as an FSE Manager focused on Rotary & Non-Rotary Equipment.This is an opportunity for candidates with strong field engineering and leadership experience who are passionate about operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development within industrial/manufacturing operations.🔧 Key Responsibilities:• Lead and coordinate Field Service activities and resources• Drive workforce planning and optimize resource utilization• Support technical skill development and team mentorship• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental standards• Manage onsite installation and service operations to ensure customer satisfaction• Act as a key point of coordination between Field Service Engineers and stakeholders🎯 Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience• Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management and/or field engineering• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills• Experience with installation, commissioning, or service operations• Field Service Engineering experience with rotary equipment is a strong plus• Availability to travel (0% - 15%)• Fluent English• French speaking is considered an asset for the role, but it is not mandatory.• Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese are considered a plus🌍 What They’re Looking For:A hands-on leader capable of supporting field teams, improving operational performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across customer sites.
