Postmark Plus – Matawan, NJ Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Saturday availability preferred About Us Postmark Plus is a locally owned pack-and-ship business in Matawan, NJ offering shipping, printing, mailbox services, notary services, U-Haul rentals, and more. We work with customers daily through UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and other business services. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented team member to join our growing store. Job Responsibilities As a Retail Shipping & Customer Service Associate, you will help with: Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service Packing and shipping packages through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS Processing drop-offs, returns, and shipment transactions Assisting with printing, scanning, faxing, mailbox services, and key-making orders Sorting mail and packages for mailbox customers Answering phones and helping customers with basic questions Keeping the store clean, organized, and professional Opening and/or closing the register when needed Learning PostalMate, shipping systems, and store procedures Helping with U-Haul rentals and other store services Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Reliable and punctual Comfortable using computers and POS systems Detail-oriented and organized Able to lift packages when needed Willing to learn shipping, packing, and printing services Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment A good communicator with a positive attitude Previous retail, shipping, printing, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
