Job Description HardHat is hiring a High-End Residential Electrical Foreman for projects in the West Palm Beach area. *** MUST BE MINIMUM JOURNEYMAN LEVEL ELECTRICIAN*** ****MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING IN EXTREMELY HIGH-END PROPERTIES***** Pay will be determined by experience and skill set. Responsibilities Monitor, direct and supervise the work of electricians and helpers in the installation and repair of electrical systems Inspect and approve all electrical installations to ensure they meet safety and performance standards Manage a project from start to completion with minimal supervision Effectively communicate with supervisors, coworkers, contractors, and customers Running & Pulling Wire Running & Bending Conduit Installing Lights & Outlets Low Voltage Work Complete service calls with minimal supervision to standards Estimate time required and materials needed to complete jobs profitably Qualifications MINIMUM JOURNEYMAN LEVEL experience remodel / new construction in residential Detailed knowledge of lighting controls, kitchen appliances, lighting panels, etc Self-motivated individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision Be able to climb, bend lift, stoop and crawl Be efficient and organized with strong troubleshooting skills Must have own hand and powertools, and other necessary tools Must have a clean driving record and can pass drug test A good understanding of the current Electrical Code Company Description Submit your resume via this ad, text us or call our office at 571-313-5828 Hablamos Espanol!
