About the CompanyEnvironmental Air Systems is looking for a highly organized and energetic Events Coordinator to help bring our company culture to life through engaging employee events and community initiatives.About the RoleIf you enjoy planning memorable experiences, managing event logistics, and working with vendors to create impactful programs, this role may be a great fit.ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & ExecutionCoordinate company events including employee gatherings, celebrations, meetings, and special programsManage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, materials, timelines, registration, and setupSupport community outreach initiatives across multiple locationsEnsure events reflect company culture and brand standardsVendor & Resource ManagementManage relationships with vendors for events, sponsorships, rentals, and promotional itemsObtain quotes, track budgets, and manage event expensesCoordinate delivery of materials and event setup logisticsEmployee Engagement SupportHelp manage the internal company store and swag inventorySupport employee recognition programs and engagement initiativesTrack event participation, feedback, and performance metricsQualifications2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related roleStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughProficiency with Google Suite (experience with event tools like Asana is a plus)Preferred SkillsBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related fieldPay range and compensation packageWhy Join Us?
