Cath Lab Tech Position Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years minimum required License: Required license in hand Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CCI RCIS or ARRT R Must-Have: - Skills in Interventional Cath, Cardiac Stent Placement, Scrub, Right & Left Heart Catheterization, Rotablader, Thrombectomy, Stents, PCI, PTCA, and Balloon Angioplasty - Ability to function in a high-paced, efficient environment - Team player Description: The Cath Lab Tech will work in a busy environment focused on cardiac care. Daily tasks will include performing interventional procedures such as cardiac catheterizations and stent placements. The role requires proficiency in advanced cardiac technology and devices. A strong emphasis will be placed on ensuring sterile fields during procedures. Call shifts will be required during weeknights and weekends. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional monitoring accuracy and patient care skills. Preferred skills include experience with Cerner and acute monitoring. The Cath Lab Tech will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. All candidates must pass necessary clinical reviews and compliance tests upon hire. No requested time off will be permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment. Candidates must provide two supervisor references for consideration.
