You will write code weekly while owning platform architecture, standards, and the growth of engineers around you. The role blends technical leadership with customer-facing responsibilities, demanding strong systems thinking and a bias for action. You will collaborate with the founders on roadmap, drive end-to-end ownership, and shape the product and pitch in customer engagements.
