Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer As an Executive Assistant supporting our Chief Financial Officer based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, you will work in a hybrid environment—splitting your time between the office and home. Serve as a highly organized, strategic, and polished Executive Assistant supporting our CFO and Finance leadership team. In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, highly confidential environment where you anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment and discretion while supporting key executive and finance operations. You’ll oversee complex scheduling, executive communications, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and cross‑functional collaboration, while helping drive finance‑related operational rhythms, board preparation activities, and executive initiatives. During a Typical Day, You’ll Manage a complex and constantly evolving calendar for the CFO, including prioritization of meetings, strategic scheduling, and coordination across global time zones. Coordinate executive meetings, finance leadership meetings, and board‑related activities including agendas, logistics, materials, and follow‑up actions. Coordinate onsite corporate events in partnership with Facilities and IT teams. Prepare polished presentations, reports, spreadsheets, organizational charts, and executive correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, process expense reports, and ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies. Serve as a key liaison between the CFO, senior leaders, board members, external partners, and internal stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Support finance organization communications, recurring operating cadences, and special projects in partnership with cross‑functional teams including HR, IT, Internal Communications, and Facilities. Anticipate executive needs, proactively resolve scheduling or operational conflicts, and provide seamless day‑to‑day administrative support in a fast‑paced environment. What You Bring to the Role 6+ years of experience supporting C‑level executives, preferably within Finance, Accounting, or a publicly traded company environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams with the ability to create executive‑level materials. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional, and service‑oriented approach. Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity, discretion, and sound judgment. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and executive support experience. Compensation & Benefits The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $80,000‑$100,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill levels.
