The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR processes, policies, and benefits administration. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing HR functions, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with policies and employment labor laws.QualificationsHuman Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertiseExperience in Employee Benefits administrationStrong knowledge of benefits managementAbility to create and implement HR policiesExcellent organizational and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldHR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
