We’re hiring: Sales Recruiter📍 Mint Hill, NC | In OfficeIn-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC) is looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Sales Recruiter to join our growing team.This role plays a critical part in delivering top talent to clients across private aviation, MRO, and flight operations. It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in recruiting and sales within a fast-paced, high-performance staffing environment. You’ll work closely with experienced Sales and Account Managers, gain exposure to client relationships and hiring strategy, and contribute directly to revenue-generating work from day one.
