Job Title: Utilities Project CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a dedicated Utilities Project Coordinator in San Antonio. This role requires a proactive individual with at least 3 years of experience in project administration or coordination. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications are essential. Experience in the utilities sector, specifically in gas, water, or electric, is advantageous.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage project tasks and timelines effectively.Perform data entry and maintain document control to ensure accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with engineering teams to support project objectives.Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, to prepare and manage project documentation.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years experience in project coordination or administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.Strong communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the utilities industry, such as gas, water, or electric, is a plus.Familiarity with data entry and document control processes.Work EnvironmentThe position is based in an office located at 6800 Park Ten Blvd. The role requires working in the office five days a week, with occasional visits to client offices as necessary. This is a long-term opportunity to support a large utility company under a new 5-year contract.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
