Diesel Mechanic

Job Description Performing a variety of mechanical repairs and maintenance work on a variety of equipment. Servicing:Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.Peterbilt and Kenworth MixersDiesel work trucksRepairing, services and lubricating automotive and other equipment.Inspecting equipment for operating deficiencies and making routine adjustments where necessary.Repairing and adjusting engine and mixer drum hydraulics and mechanisms on a variety of equipment.Inspecting, changing and repairing tires.Filling equipment with oil.Cleaning the working area after repair work is completed.Maintaining operating records; performing body repair as needed.1-2 years experience as a heavy equipment or equivalent training.Working knowledge of general operation of gasoline and diesel enginesKnowledge of proper methods for servicing automotive and heavy equipment.Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.Ability to problem solve engines.Mechanical ability to use common mechanical toolsThis is a full time position with the following schedule:Mondays---Tuesdays---Wednesdays ---Thursdays---Fridays ---SaturdaysEmployee may choose 5-day schedule that works best. Ex.
