This role ensures fleet and customer vehicle safety, reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance. Opportunity to use exceptional skills and knowledge to support overall business goals while mentoring and developing other technicians. Will work very close with management team to provide insight on overall shop operations.Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain drivetrain, brake, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systemsPerform preventative maintenance (inspections, lubrication, fluid and filter changes)Conduct clutch and brake adjustments, 5th wheel service, and steering/suspension repairsAssist with drivetrain repairs (drivelines, U-joints, differentials)Perform safety and emissions inspections as authorizedAccurately document all work on repair orders and reportsOperate tools and diagnostic equipment safelyMaintain a clean work environment and follow DOT/company safety regulationsCommunicate shop concerns to management and support fellow technicians as needed.Qualifications:6+ years of experience with light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucksStrong knowledge of brake systems, drivetrains, suspension, and electrical diagnosticsExperience with Isuzu and Hino trucks preferredAbility to perform preventative maintenance independentlyExperience with OEM brake jobs, 5th wheel repairs, and box truck electrical systems preferredValid driver's license required (CDL preferred)Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbsHigh school diploma or GED preferred; ASE certifications a plusMust pass pre-employment and random DOT drug screeningWhy Join UsWork on industry-leading Isuzu and Hino trucks.Manufacturer training and certification opportunities.Clear careerpath and long-term-on-the-job training.Stable, well-equipped shop environment.Supportive team culture focused on safety, training, and growth.Provide guidance and technical support to Technicians as needed.We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
